What if I have never tried Pilates before?
Parsons Pilates is excellent for those with beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates experience. When you join, you’ll also get exclusive access to a Foundations Pilates series
Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your membership, but you can cancel at any time. However, once you cancel, you not only lose the benefits of our online library but the great price you currently have locked-in for your membership. We believe being in this community can still do amazing things for your emotional, physical, and mental health. So even if you’re unable to utilize these during a period of illness or injury, all of the other resources may still be of great benefit to you!
Are there any hidden fees?
All members can cancel at any time – there is no cancellation fee or penalty!
What date will my card be charged?
Your account will always be charged on the date that you signed up. If you sign up on the 5th of the month, you will always be billed on the 5th of the month.
Will my card be automatically charged?
Yes, your card will be automatically billed every month (or year) on the date that you signed up.
Can I sign up for Parsons Pilates if I am newly pregnant or newly postpartum?
Currently, our studio is designed for those who are not pregnant or newly postpartum. Stay tuned as we are building a brand new program for pre and post natal mothers.
Do I need to sign up for the Live interactive classes?
No, we got you covered. You will receive an email with Sharon's personal zoom meeting room. You will use the same link every week for your live class!

Support FAQ

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

Video FAQ

Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Live interactive Classes FAQ

Will these classes be recorded? Can I watch the class if I miss the class?
These classes will be recorded and I will add them to our library for you to rewatch!
What happens if I can't make the class?

All live interactive classes will be added to our membership :)

UNLESS, Sharon had a spider crawl her during a live interactive class. Then this class will not make our online membership site! ** Story based on real events

Will everyone be able to see me while I work out?
That is a personal preference. You can turn your camera off. When the class starts the instructor will mute everyone.
Do these classes cost money?

No, they are a BONUS to your Parsons Pilates membership.

We will offer "Workshops" live for clients who want to dive deeper into the work. These workshops will have a fee to join (Stay tuned for the schedule)

When do I receive my zoom link?
At the start of every month Sharon will send an email with the zoom link. You can sign into the class early. Sharon will sign into class on the hour mark or let clients in 5 minutes early to discuss any props you might be using.
What do I do if I don't receive a link prior to class?

We ask that you please be sure to check your spam and promotions folders and that you are using the same email you signed up with. If you have any issues, please email:Sharon@parsonspilates.comand use subject link " LIVE ZOOM LINK"
